This dish uses Kinka pork, which has a rich umami flavor, and four kinds of aromatic oils and flavoring ingredients, including sansho pepper oil and scallion oil.

This is Hare's specialty, boasting a rich aroma, full-bodied sweetness, and deep umami flavor.
